Ask staff about item pickup or payment throughout each day. Cash payouts are available up to $600; larger payouts are made by check. Bring photo ID.
Collect all unsold items and money for sold items by Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern. Sales end at 2:00 PM that Sunday.
Unsold items or money left unclaimed after the 4:00 PM deadline become the property of Snow Trails Ski Patrol and/or a monetary donation to the Patrol.
