Staff provide this swap's pickup hours, collection deadline, and location at check-in and in pickup notices. This swap has its own schedule; the published November weekend deadline does not apply to it.
I may drop off items during the swap's announced drop-off hours. Earlier drop-off gives my items more time to sell. I may ask staff about item pickup or payment throughout each day during staffed event hours.
Items offered for sale
I authorize event staff to offer my accepted, checked-in items for sale at their recorded prices, subject to the listing fees and sales commission above. My items remain available for sale until the swap closes or staff return them to me through the pickup process.
Collecting unsold items
I may collect unsold items before the swap closes or during the standard pickup period announced by staff. I will ask staff to assist with collection and record the items as returned. I do not need my original paper item card for staff to locate my account and items.
Returned items will no longer be offered for sale. If I also request my payout and any checked-in items remain unsold, I must collect all remaining unsold items as part of that visit.
Collecting my payout
I may collect my payout before the swap closes when all my accepted, checked-in items have sold. If some remain unsold, I must collect all remaining unsold items before receiving my payout. Staff settle my unpaid proceeds in one final payment rather than make repeated partial payments while my items remain available for sale.
I will collect my payout in person and bring a driver's license or other photo ID. This applies to cash, check, and Zelle. Checks are handed to me in person rather than mailed.
Staff verify my identity, record the payment method, and confirm payment has been given. For Zelle, staff confirm receipt of the transfer before marking the payout paid. I do not need to log in or complete an online payout acknowledgment to receive payment.
Notifications and optional donations
I may receive an early notice when all my checked-in items have sold. Staff send the notice to collect remaining unsold items when pickup is ready. The end of the swap does not automatically send that notice.
Before the collection deadline, I may choose to donate my sales proceeds through a separate donation decision. The unclaimed items and money rule below applies if I miss the collection deadline.
Unclaimed items and money
I am responsible for collecting both my unsold items and money for sold items by the collection deadline. Any unsold items or money not collected by that deadline become the property of Snow Trails Ski Patrol and/or a monetary donation to the Patrol.
If I cannot attend the announced pickup hours, I should contact staff before the deadline to arrange an earlier pickup. A pickup or email notification does not extend the collection deadline.
My agreement for this swap
I understand and accept these terms for Dom Test 2. My acceptance covers items I add to this swap, including items rolled over from an earlier swap. I must accept the agreement separately for each swap I participate in.
End of agreement.
