Delete your Ski Swap account

On the website, sign in and open Account deletion. In the iPhone app, open Account and choose Request account deletion. Confirm your identity and the permanent deletion request. You do not need to email or call to initiate deletion.

Eligible requests are processed within 24 hours. The status appears in your account until completion. Items still at the swap and unsettled payouts must be resolved before deletion proceeds; requests are checked again automatically. Staff accounts require transfer of staff responsibilities. You receive an email when deletion is complete.

Deletion removes your name, email, phone, address, listing photos, and sign-in connections, and revokes app sessions and Apple authorization. Listings are removed from browsing. Event accounting and settlement records retain a deidentified reference, dates, and amounts so completed transactions remain consistent. Deletion cannot be undone.
